Each herb holds a different magickal property, which is perfect for having in your Witchcraft herb box!
Here they are!

LAVENDER
Wonderful for use in love spells. Lavender has long been known to be a particularly attractive scent to men...Lavender flowers can be sprinkled around the house to bring peacefulness, and can also be burned as an incense to help you sleep. Lavender has also been used for protection, chastity, longevity, purification, and happiness. Use in love spells and sachets, especially those to attract men.

WHITE SAGE
Sage is useful for protection, healing, wealth, fulfilling wishes, and spells to increase longevity. One of my favorite uses for Sage is to powder some and add to my homemade yellow candles. These I burn on a Wednesday during the Waxing Moon to increase knowledge and wisdom. Use as an incense, for smudging or for purification.


PASSIONFLOWER
Magickal uses include attracting friendship and prosperity and heightening libido. Carried to bring great popularity & attract new friends. Placed in house to calm trouble & arguments and bring peace. Used as a wash to diminish disagreements & stress. Placed beneath pillow to promote sleep. Bathe in an infusion of passion flower for 5 days to attract the opposite sex.
Also Called: Passion Vine, Granadilla, Maracoc, Maypops, Purple Passion Flower, Grandilla


SPEARMINT
Healing, love and protection while sleeping. Burn for healing magick, especially of respiratory conditions. Carry for healing. Use in ritual baths for strength and vitality. Write a wish on paper and wrap it in spearmint leaves; place in a red cloth and sew with red thread, then keep in a safe and secret place -- by the time the scent is gone, your wish should have come true.
Also Called: Garden Mint, Mackerel Mint, Our Lady's Mint, Green Mint, Spire Mint, Lamb Mint, Yerba Buena, Sage of Bethlehem, Fish Mint

ROSEMARY
Carried and used in healing poppets for good health, used in love/lust spells, worn to improve memory, used in dream pillows to prevent nightmares, burned as incense for purification and removing negativity. Wear or carry while reading or completing tasks to improve memory of the material and aid clear thinking (great for students!). Use an infusion of rosemary to wash hands before any healing magick. Use in bath magick for purification. Associated with faeries.

This is a wonderful all-purpose herb that you can't afford to be without! Rosemary can be used as a substitute for just about any herb. Its powers include love, lust, protection, exorcism, purification, healing, longevity, youth, mental powers, and sleep...Rosemary is a wonderful incense...smolder a bit of it to emit powerful cleansing and purifying vibrations and to rid negativity in the area in which it is burned (especially helpful to burn before performing any magick!) Place a bit of rosemary under your pillow to ensure a good night's sleep. Wear rosemary to aid your memory (especially helpful when you are studying for an exam). Add an infusion of rosemary to your bath water to preserve youthfulness and to purify you. Carry a bit of rosemary with you to remain healthy. Hang a sprig of rosemary above your door posts.

MULLEIN
Protection from nightmares & sorcery, courage, cursing, and invoking spirits. Place beneath pillow or use in dream pillow to guard against nightmares. Carry to instill courage and help attract love from the opposite sex. Use in place of graveyard dust in spells. Wear to keep wild animals at bay in unfamiliar areas. Burn to banish bad influences and bring an immediate halt to bad habits.

CEDAR CHIPS
Useful in healing, purification, protection, and money-drawing spells. Burn cedar chips on a charcoal disc to purify an area...burning cedar chips is also useful for inducing and strengthening psychic powers. You can keep a little green sachet filled with cedar chips in your purse or wallet to draw money.


ROSE BUDS AND PETALS
Magickal uses include divine love, close friendships, domestic peace/happiness, and lasting relationships. Great for use in incense, potpourri or bath magick. Place around sprains and dark bruises to help them heal faster.
These are wonderful for use in spells to draw love...use red for passionate love, pink or white for romantic, or true love. Rose buds/petals can also be used for psychic powers (especially when used for a tea), healing, protection, and luck.

MUGWORT
Can be used as an incense (mixed in equal parts with Sandalwood) to aid in strengthening Psychic Powers. Try using it while scrying or before divination!!! CHAMOMILE FLOWERS
Love, healing, and reducing stress. Burn or add to prosperity bags to increase money. Burn as incense for de-stressing, meditation, and restful sleep. Use in bath magick to attract love. Keep a packet of the herb with lottery tickets for luck.
Spiritual Use: Brings energy, wisdom, drives away nightmares, helps with past life knowledge, is relaxing and promotes peacefulness.

Successful ventures, cleansing, purification. Burn for protective work, consecration, and meditation. Used as an offering at Beltane, Lammas, and Yule. Enhances the power of topaz. Use in rituals and magick associated with self-will, self-control, or the ego. Represents the ability of the divine to move into manifestation. Add to charm bags and sachets to bring success. Mix with Cumin and burn as incense for powerful protection.

Also Called: Frankincense Tears, Olibanum

Magickal properties similar to Myrrh (below). Use these cute little beads to drive out negativity and enhance positive vibrations. You can crush them and use them as an incense on a charcoal disc. Frankincense incense induces visions and is useful as an aid to meditation. You can also make a little white or purple sachet of Frankincense and carry it with you to aid in your spiritual growth.
